What is Therapy?

Mental and Cognitive Therapy:

Cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT, is a common type of talk therapy where you work with a mental health counselor in a structured way, attending individualized sessions. CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them more effectively.

Physical Therapy:

Treatment that helps you improve how your body performs physical movements. It can be part of a generalized pain management plan or a specific treatment for an injury or health condition.

Aroma Therapy:

The use of natural plants and their extracts to promote wellbeing. This can improve physical, emotional, and psychological health. The practice includes inhalation or skin absorption through diffusers, spritzers, inhalers, or topical oils. Majorly recognized for its ability to enhance the harmony of mind, body, and spirit.

Sound Therapy:

A healing method that uses sound, music, and specialist instruments to improve health and wellbeing. It can be used to promote relaxation, ease physical pain, and improve psychological wellbeing. Common causes for treatments include stress relief, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.
